The test facility has become very active the past couple days. Everyone is anxious about the newest addition to the XD project. Too many times during this experiment did we almost lose the subject, but finally we seem to have the green light to awaken XD003.
Brain waves normal. Health is good. Powers under check. Pulse regular.
Inject the awakening syrum.

Species: Reshiram
Status: Closed Heart, Ability testing to begin soon
Noteworthy abilities: Unknown

Hurrr this was a speedpaint. I wanted to finish it while the whole image was fresh in my mind. I wanted to get an image of a shadow pokemon just waking up from the impurifying procedure, getting ready to be released for battle. Reshiram really didn't have much that could be changed, so like lugia, the shadow alterations are subtle, including larger face fluff and a different design loop around neck/tail.

The very essence of light has been inpurified. What could possibly happen now?
